• Input of new students basic details in the authentic computer system for the department.
• Preparing a special file for each student.
• Preparing the semester program of lectures for all departments.
• Preparing and carrying out instructions and procedures of add and draw for the semester courses for all college students.
• Performing procedures for draw from college.
• Equating courses for students transferring into the college from other colleges and universities, and for students bridging from the Diploma to the Bachelor degree.
• Preparing the reports and statistics for the Ministry of Higher Education and the department of local scholarships.
• Preparing the semester final exam timetable.
• Preparing the yearly college calendar.
• Receiving the marks manuscripts from the departments, introducing them to the computer and announcing the final results for the students.
• Revising and editing the study plans for students; especially, the graduates ones. Issuing certificates and documents for graduate and other students.
•  Issuing letters for students as required.
• Participation in debates and workshops in the Sultanate on admission and registration.
• Participation in field visits to schools to introduce the college.
• Participation in the annual graduation ceremony by preparation of lists of names and the distinctive graduates.
